If I want to add a second job to my arc does my oldor new employer need to go to immi with me? Or will a letter be enough?

A letter will do, unless they have changed things recently?

You will need:

- a signed permission letter from your visa sponsor.
- contract with the second job
- the school/business licence from your second job
- passport and ARC
- 60,000 won.

As buymybook said though, that's unless the rules have changed since the spring.

You may be required to show a degree and sealed transccripts again.
You may be required to show schedules at the two places of work to show there is not a time conflict.

A lot of course decides on the whim of the immigration employee.
