Hi,

I just purchased a plane ticket off interpark, but now I have a problem. I'm not sure how to pay them....can I send them the money through an ATM transfer or do I have to use credit card? If credit card, where do I put the information in? Or if I can do a money transfer, where is their information?

Thanks so much,

Mike

anyone know how to do this? I've looked on the page and it says nowhere on how to pay. One of my students read something that says that the price has been fully decided on yet, but it then also says that I have to pay by October 10th? Any ideas?

Thanks,

Mike

Hiya,
when you paid you would have been given a loooooooooong number and a date to pay by. You just need to go to an ATM with your bankcard and select the 'transfer' option, then you'll input this looooooooooooong number, keep the receipt and you should have your tickets delivered if you opted for that.
I can't say I like this way of paying for things either, but I've been here over a year and it's all worked fine so far!
Hope that helps!

Hey,

Thanks for your reply. The bad thing is that I didn't get any really long number in the email after I bought the ticket.

I found out that the ticket price hasn't been fully determined yet...even though they have given me a price already. So I'm so confused with interpark right now because the price hasn't been fully determined yet by the airline and they still want me to pay by tomorrow.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Mike

Like I said in the PM, I was kind of surprised at how much of a hassle it was. I just sent an email to my friend, who uses interpark all the time, to give me more details about paying and to tell me exactly what we need to do. It seems ridiculous that you can't pay over the internet like any other site.

Anyway, there were threads earlier about gmarket, though nobody has responded to my question yet . . . if foreigners can register, and if there's a way to pay online, I'll use that from now on.

I just got an email back from her saying when they call you will specify whether you want to pay via credit card or bank transfer. I'm waiting back to hear more details and will post them (probably tomorrow morning). She said that other sits like interpark don't allow you to pay online, which sucks.

All right, here's the email I got back from my friend.

Quote:
1. Most prices are confirmed prices. But, they don't include "taxes". So the final price goes up a little. For example, if I want to buy tickets to Beijing, the cheapest ticket price says 182,000. And, total tax is about 95,000. So the final price should be about 277,000. Taxes depend on which contury or airport. After you book for tickets, they call you and tell you how much is the tax for your tickets. Plus, there is "요금규정", regulations of ticket. I think every ticket has different conditions and regulations. You have to check them online before booking.

2. If you want to pay by bank tranfer, tell them "은행송금으로 지불하고 싶어요." They will give you their bank account number.

3. If it is e-ticket, you can print it out after payment. They will email it to you.

It's the best I can do. Hope it works out, and post back to let us know how it worked out.

I am not trying to pry, but if you want to send me a copy of your email (is it in Korean or in English?), I will be able to help you further.
