I think just recently got taken down. I was going to write that I agree with the Op that even though he had an old grievance and other teachers are quite content. He was in his right to take the school down a notch or two. There is a simple reason. Some years ago I worked at a place. I got all my severence and all was square. However, one other teacher, who was a good teacher but a little naive, got shafted. It was almost unprecedented. When he argued his case for his severence directly, to no avail, then said the 'F' word, he was physically assaulted by the brother in law (6 foot 3, 110 kg's.)
This was after I had left there. Further, I didn't know there was a Labor Board until 2002 and this happened a few years before then, so he had no recourse.
If he came back on this board after 10 years I'd side with him. Snakes don't change their spots. |
