Get the local price for it rather than quoting a US site. |

If an item can be purchased in the US and sent here, why not quote the price? That's fair game in my book! As long as someone factors in the shipping charge, then of course you can compare it to what is readily available in this country. More times than not, even with the shipping charges included, PC's will be cheaper when bought from the US. I am speaking out of experience here.
When I built my PC here a little more than a year ago, I had to import several parts as they were not available in Korea. Moreover, the ones that were were WAYYYYYYYYYY MORE than the US prices and the shipping prices combined.
FOr instance, the intel board 975xbx2 was not out in Korea. Imported.
Core 2 duo was over priced a bit here (was cheaper with shipping from the US).
My video card (at the time) could not be found as Korea didn't have anything quite as powerful as the 7900GTX with 1 gig ram.
Corsair equivalency could not be found.
Dude, sometimes buy overseas and shipping IS cheaper. |
