hate to be harsh mate, but that's overpriced. especially since the d70s is no longer produced. the d40 is much cheaper and superior technology.
a d80 (the d70's successor) with an 18-70mm lens (much better glass than the 18-55) is 940,000. so a d70s is probably worth half that. bags are cheap, 2 gig cf cards are cheap ... but your tripod looks decent.
the 50mm prime lens is the best part of your kit.
in my opinion, tom's 600,000 k offer is good.
sorry dude, but that's the crappy realities with digital cameras ... don't expect to recover your money. lenses hold their value ... but bodies don't, especially if it's already been replaced by better technology.
