Where do I freaking begin, I am so frustrated it's not even funny. I always felt myself defending English Village when people dissed it, but no longer!!! they're crooks!

I left English Village over two months ago. I was owed, for half of august, a TON of overtime, and my housing deposit. I owed them200,000 for a visa run.

In the beginning of september I was only paid about half of the amount I was owed, it included ( I think ), my wage from august and the deduction for the flight. The remainder owed around 720,000W. I was told, I would get it soon and before two months that I left as they had that much time to pay my housing deposit back.

Well it's over two months, and now they're claiming " we sent you your money in September"
Well sure you send about half, and they even said I would be getting my overtime etc.
Now they are just saying we sent you everything and are saying they will send me a a copy of what they sent in September. I just hope it in Korean, and then I can get it translated etc etc etc.

SOOOO... what should I do?? Once I get ( if I ever do) the receit of what has been sent already and I know it is not enough, can I go to the labour board or something?

I have proof
ie' my old schedules that show my overtime etc. I am so mad. Never work there.

Yup, take em to the labour board. Register on-line, print it out, and get your proof together. Fax/E-mail the labour board complaint registration to your old boss. Sometimes that clears things up faster.

Good luck. I've said from the get-go to avoid those English Villages. Don't know why people would subject themselves to the unorganized humiliation. Money making schemes, all of them.
