I just hooked up my new computer to my 22inch monitor but it won't display it's native resolution. On my old computer, there was an Nvidia card which displayed native resolution after I downloaded the driver.
My new comp has a VIA SG video card (I'm not sure of the model as I'm not home right now). It allows for only 1280x768 and then 1600x1200 (which I know is only good for 4:3 ratio). Obviously when I set it to the latter, the display is somewhat off. I tried to find a driver but had no luck.
Do I have to just deal with it or buy a new video card? Any suggestions? |
