I went in 2005 and had a good time there. If you're into planes, tanks and helicopters then you should go. You can get off at Moran station and walk to the air field in about 15-20 minutes.

I see the dates but I don't see any times posted. When should one show up for this event?

Can you tell those of us who are interested if tickets are sold at the door?

I bought tickets at the gate in 2005, so I'd imagine you can do the same this year.

The public can visit on the weekend of the 20th and 21st. There are two show times, from 10:30am-12:30pm and 2:30-4:30pm.

There will be KT-1s (single engine), T-50s (jet engine), KF-16s, F-15s, F-16s and AH-64 (Apache helo) there. There will also be a variety of planes used by the US military on display.

If you live around Bundang or Suji you will no doubt be hearing the jets roar around the skies practicing their maneauvers during the next week or so.

I had korean friend call the number on the web site. Tickets at the door are 10,000 won.

I don't understand the thing about two show times. If I go at 10:30 I have to leave after the show at 12:30?

Under "Public Visitor" it says, "Will be ready soon."
You have to love Korea.

Oh I love air shows. I've seen the Blue Angels twice and the Snowbirds about five times (I used to go to air shows a lot as a kid). Nothing like seeing the Blue Angels fly at three thousand feet across the harbour when you're on the bridge heading to the air show.

I'll try to make it to this one, if the tickets are available at the door that is.

I went last year and it was really packed. The show was pretty good, just way too many people in one place. Same thing with the fireworks show last weekend in Seoul.

It only happens every 2 years, so which one did you go to?

Maybe it was two years ago. I'm starting to forget in my old age.
