Hello all,
I am visiting Seoul and am needing a local number. I have asked several cellphone shops here and they all seem to say that prepaid SIM's are not available here. Is this correct?

It's correct.
You can rent a phone with a local number at Incheon Airport. |

Thanks, after doing a bit more research ( I know, should have done that before posting) I did find that S. Korea was CDMA only 
But in case anyone cares, N. Korea has GSM  |
