We have hired a teacher to work for two weeks at our College, but he needs to get a visa to work legally - he is in Korea on a tourist visa.
There is a visa called the C4 visa which is valid for 'camps' under 90 days, but the question is: Does the teacher need to leave the country to get the C4 visa, or can he file for it here in Korea?
