Hi,
There's a lost cat wandering around Haebangchon with no tag or collar. It's obviously a house cat - ran straight up to me when I went out and accepted food, water, and affection.
I can't take it into my house because I have two of my own. I brought him down to the vet, but they couldn't take him because their cages were full of lost animals. They did give me some cream for a nasty spot of ringworm he has on his back (definitely a he - I checked), and sent me on my way.
He's mostly white with orange spots and an orange and white striped tail. Actually, he looks remarkably like one of my own cats. I'll post a picture of her here for reference.
I didn't know what else to do but to let him go back where I found him. He's still out there, crying and wandering around. If anyone knows of someone missing their cat, please PM me and I'll go out and try to locate him for you.
Thanks - here's my girl.

I've seen a cat matching that description hanging around near Phillies. Is that where you saw it? It was so friendly, I assumed it belonged to one of the nearby business owners, or was a street cat that got taken care of by business owners in the area. |

There is a poster for a missing ginger cat on a post behind the girls' school in Haebongchon. Perhaps that is the missing cat...? |

There's a particularly bad cat disease going around the streets right now so it's not worth the risk to your own cats. I'd even be careful about touching this cat for now. |
