Well, I surf gadget blogs quite a bit, and, Korea being quite the tech mecca, you see new stuff from Samsung and LG all the time. And never is there a pic of a new tech without a model showing it off. This, however, is just ridiculous-- http://www.engadget.com/2007/10/23/samsung-reveals-first-30-nm-64gb-nand-chip-and-a-bit-of-skin/
Models? For an unfinished FLASH chip? I mean, they're not even attractive. It's like they're running out of women to model products. |

Maybe they're robots. But yeah, I know what you're talking about. In the place I used to work, they had a subscription to the Electronic Times, which is a newspaper about electronics, not an electronic newspaper, if that makes sense. Each issue had some model holding up some gadget on the front page. Models holding up flash chips seems ridiculous, but only because we've become desensitized to the fact that models draping themselves over cars is also ridiculous. |

You know what's more ridiculous? Models who drape themselves over cars and complain about how hard their lives are, playing billiards on TV. And people watching. |
