Alan Greenspan supports the Gold Standard and believes the US was and would be better off without the Federal Reserve.

But wouldn't he first have to resign his membership in the International Masonic Banking Conspiracy, who after all are the people who created the Federal Reserve in the first place?

Actually that isn't EXACTLY what he said.

Here is what he says to a question about central banking:

"Some mechanism has got to be in place that restricts the amount of money produced, either a gold standard or a currency board or something of that nature"

That doesn't sound at all like he's saying, "What we need is a gold standard".

I haven't heard anyone on this board saying we should start wildly printing money.
