I think they call it emery paper? Maybe 1000 grit or higher?

I want paint to look wet after I'm done sanding it.

Where do you find it in Korea?

I found some easily in one of those dimly-lit, neighborhood hole-in-the-wall places that serve for hardware stores around Korea.
Just walk right in, greet the owner and start looking all over while body-languaging the sand paper motion. If you can find the Korean words for it, so much the better. Print off an image if you can and show it around. Be familiar of the grit numbers and backing type you need.

Look for shops that sell plastic model kits. A Japanese company
called Tamiya has 1200, 1500 and 2000 grit paper for building
models.
