Who is responsible for damages?
On that note, who has insurance for their apartment? I have possession insurance, that's it  |

You are responsible to insure your belongings.
I don't think you are responsible for the building.
If your school supplied you with furniture, then I would think they would have insurance for those items.
But, I am not sure, you should maybe ask your K-wrangler. |
