I have looked at the labor law and it says that an eight hour day requires an hour or more break and that this must come after four consecutive hours working.
My question is if you work four hours then take an hour break and then work another three hours is your day considered eight hours or seven?
If its seven working hours then are you still entitled to the hour break or only a 30 minute break? |

| You are working a 7 hour day. You must work 8 hours to get the 1 hour lunch. Which means you are working something like 9-6 with an hour off. If you work 7 hours, you get 30 minutes. |
