The owner Dai Hak Foreign Language School in Ulsan collected the tuition fees from the students and skipped town.
If the parents paid for 1 years English lessons at the school , the school will give the kids 1 free month of English lessons. So about 95 percents of the parents sign the kids up for 1 year lessons, so they can get 1 month free.
After all the parents paid the kids tuitions. The owner took the money out of the bank and left town.
I was told it was all over the news in Ulsan. |

Another hagwon owner show their true colors. I wonder how the Korean media will spin this one. |

If anyone ever really wanted to shut down the hagwon industry, demanding criminal checks on the hagwon owners would do it. |
