A corner officetel across the street from the COEX, at Samsung Station in Seoul will be available November 1. Key money 5million won. Rent is 700k won a month. Utilities, management fees run about 240-250k a month.
Because this officetel is situated on the corner of the building, on the 9th floor, it is filled with light, which is a wonderful thing in the winter. Two large windows give you the feeling that it is larger than it is.
Not exactly sure on size, but it seems to be about 17 pyung. Closets, separate shower stall in the bathroom, air conditioner, radiant heat.
Family mart, dry cleaners and a great restaurant on the ground floor. The building is always kept clean and nice.
The location can't be beat. Right across the street from COEX and Hyundai Department Store at Samsung Station.

I'd jump on this if I wasn't already paid up at my current place until February.

Sounds like a sweet place. I'm sure you'll find someone sooner rather than later. |

| Yeah, utilities definately pricey, but my company would cover key money and rent so it wouldn't be THAT bad... |

 Move to Cheongju.
Fees 5000 per month, gas 20000 per month, Electricity 45000 per month, Cable internet (100mbps, unlimited downloads) 17000 per month, and that's it!
The school pays ALL the rent!
Beats me why people work for schools that make you pay anything at all for housing!

First, some of us don't have housing in the contract. It's usually compensated by higher pay.
Second, others like to have the security of their own place. |
