Some things are covered and some things are not.

Basic fillings are 3500 won.
Cleaning is NOT covered.
Ortho is NOT covered and usually costs about 1/2 what it does in north America.
Crowns run 250k - 700k depending on the dentist and material.
Veneers are about 100k per tooth.
