Talk faster, move faster, react faster, think faster and live generally quicker and what seems to be more productively than Westerners.
It fascinates me to watch them sometimes.
Note: This post will probably make me sound like a dumbass and get some silly replies.....I am prepared to accept that....but would be happy to get one or two serious replies 
So is it an illusion to me or do I have some grounds for reason?

My coteacher told me this very thing is another symptom of Korean war-torn, twisted history. It's cause is the same as that of the short-sightedness that exists here... People have been socialized by their parents to be in a hurry and think on a dime rather than toward the further future similar to how military tacticians must adjust their battle plans at the last minute and always be in a hurry about it depending upon enemy movements. |

After having played a lot of football this week with middle school students and Uni students. I'd have to disagree. They move quickly, and react pretty quickly but this is at the detriment of thinking faster. Being English I've been brought up on thinking smartly while you play and PASSING. And generally passing before you get tackled. During my time here I realise that Koreans are very single minded, this explains the driving and also this football problem. But I wouldn't link this with productivity.
I do however think their commitment is excellent playing football. |

I think that single-mindedness and a general lack of creativity/smart-thinking is a common-problem among those of middle-school age across many cultures. I guess many British students, in particular, develop quicker in this regard due to much more frequent playing and greater exposure to footballing issues. |

Talk faster - maybe
move faster - heck no .. they walk VERY slow.. it is like dodging turtles.
Think faster? I think it might appear that way because they do everything at the last minute.. thus a need for a fast decision (not always a smart one).
more productive.. hahahaha. |

I guess you are not a very fast walker yourself.
I personally find it very frustrating how most people hereabouts seem to enjoy dawdling versus moving with purpose. |

Faster than you perhaps. Faster is a subjective concept. I'm always overtaking on the sidewalk but rarely overtaken.
