Hi.. it's my first year in Korea, and I want to send my family and friends some small gifts from Korea for Christmas.. I'm not exactly sure what to send them that they can't get in Canada/America! I am living in Daegu.. I want to spend as little money as possible (haha, sorry, I'm cheap right now, I haven't even gotten my first paycheck yet!) but still find some cute, Korean things to give to them!
Any ideas would be welcome.. What kind of gifts have you all sent home in the past?

Those paper and wood fans as well as dolls in hanbok are well appreciated. Seoul is a good place to find these sorts of things, particularly in Insadong and Itaewon.
