To all that's worked for either or and know of anyone that's worked for them, please state your preference aside from location. I'm interested in organization and professionalism. I've read a few negative topics about GEPIK and want the lowdown. Is EPIK really more organized or does it matter on the school?
I heard that South Gyeongsang have limited to no FT positions next year due to budget limitations. Is it fair to assume the province as a whole is less developed?
I'm offered an ASAP position in Gyeonsangnam-do and weighing out the differences. |

They'rte actually the same thing. GEPIK is Gyeouggi province EPIK.
With some small differences. The supervisers in Suwon decided they didn't have enough time to administer the program so they made it more independant. Therefore if you work for GEPIK you are basically employed by your school. If you work for EPIK you are employed primarly by the provincial Office of education. Known as the Do Kyoyukcheong in Korean.
If you work for Epik your employer has the right to transfer you without any notice which is something they are notorious for doing. |

I'd have to say GEPIK over EPIK.
This question is too vague. It doesn't matter what program you pick because both have awesome schools and shitty schools. Also, the 2 programs are essentially the same thing. You are asking which we would pick, apples or apples. |
