I have been late paying a loan. Therefore, my university has a hold on my transcripts. I am now paying them back, but they said it will take 6 -9 months to clear up yhe hold. I'm supposed to starting a new job in March, but they won't hire me without receiving Offical transcripts from my university. The are strict on this because 5 teachers just got busted with fake degrees.
Don't need them for a visa, I have an F2. Any suggestions? |

Is the new job that good? Just tell them to *beep* it. |

You've got an F-2? Tell 'em to take a walk! Ilsanman was spot on. You're golden with an F-2. Laugh at them and find something better. |

Are you on an F-2-1? Are you registered with the Board of Education? If so, find something else. If it is a good job, tell them to call and ask about you. You don't need transcripts. Sealed transcripts are for getting a visa. You already have one of those. |

Yeah, I registered with the Board of Education almost 2 years ago. I have employment history certificates as well. Yet, they insist on transcripts and now a criminal record check. |
