I've been trying to find a soft drink that both has no sugar and no caffeine. I can't have any caffeine because I react terribly to it, so I usually drink Chilsung Cider, but it's packed with sugar and I'd like to cut back on sugar. I can find Diet Coke and Coke Zero everywhere, but not the caffeine free variants you can get in America. If you could tell me what I can buy that meets what I'm looking for and where I can find I can find it I'd be very happy.

I know exactry the drink you want.

It tastes pretty good, especially after too much soju and spicey food.

It's pretty cheap, and it's fairly good for you too, in appropriate amounts.

I'm pretty sure you can find it at most convenience stores.

In Korean, it's called something like: 'san-su'.

Hmm, I'm interested. What is this liquid substance you speak of?

Occasionally at Dandy's Grocery (Hannam Market) they carry sugar-free, caffeine-free coke

Hmm. Sugar-free, caffeine-free coke.

That reminds me of a chocolate cake recipe I heard of once.

It had no eggs, and no sugar, and no milk.

Instead, it used vegetable oil and honey, which, seeing as they were both liquids, somewhat removed the need for milk.

And then, once, in this small dusty old recipe book I saw in a really arcane old second-hand book store, where I think the owner/operator was a half-toothed Caribbean-type, there was this really good recipe for chocolate cake not using eggs, no sugar, no milk, no flour, and no chocolate.

Or try asking for "mool." Healthy, thirst-quenching and naturally caffeine and sugar free. Laughing
