When should I get my medical card? DoI need to wait until after my first payday? I don't have my arcyet either (is at immi) so do I need to get this back first? Thanks

You can't get your medical card until you get your ARC card. It is beneficial to get the card asap, as you are technically paying for it from the day you enter Korea with an E2 visa.

Generally speaking you should have it by the end of your first month working. If not, start to bug them more about it. You do need your ARC card first. If you haven't gotten it yet, I'd advice getting it as quickly as possible.
