I signed up with the site www.auction.co.kr, but I am unable to make purchases. How do you activate an account? Do I have to email them a copy of my ARC and passport?
If any foreigner made a account at auction.co.kr, please let me know how to do it. |

Create an ID and PW. You'll get a confirmation e-mail from Auction, you must fax or e-mail a copy of your ARC within 15 days or your account will become null and void.
If all else fails, ring the Ebay eupport team in the US, tell them your situation and they'll at least get you in touch with someone who'll walk you through the process.
