go with the villa.
it's cheaper and you save at least a half hour a day on commute.
which is 2.5hrs a week.
which is at least 10hrs a month.
i won't make any suggestions on what you can do with the extra free time.

I agree that the villa is best.
It seems like a no-brainer to me. Why were you so keen on the officetel? Because it's newer? |

Actually, I'm leaning towards the villa...it's cheaper, closer to work and in a better neighborhood. Yeah, guess it is kinda of a no-brainer. |
