Hello people of Dave's
My girlfriend and I are planning a night out in Busan and was wondering if anyone knew of any Love Hotels in the Busan National University area? I have been told that they are everywhere but I cannot read Korean yet. Are there any particular signs I should be looking for, or are they pretty hard-to-find places?
I have been trying to search these forums but for some reason the search function keeps coming up with a blank page (me and computers dont mix).
Any ideas would really be appreciated!

A love hotel is a hotel where you and a special someone can liaison for an evening of unbridled intimacy. Or, to put it plainly, a place to fook. They are usually cheaper than hotels and are better equipt; from toy machines, to large jacuzzi tubs. Most of the ones in Korea aren't themed like the ones in Japan (medieval castle, 50's diner etc).
This will give you a better idea =)

Cheers for the recommendation Tiberious, though I made a mistake in my last post. I am looking for one around the University of Education metro stop. Any ideas?
BTW, The Last Unicorn is very cool. |

Haeundae beach has tonnes of them, a couple of streets back from the beach (behind the legit hotels). You don't need to read Korean - just follow the Neon! I wouldn't recommend staying there on a Saturday night though as they hike the price up.
If you get stuck there is an ok one called Hotel Mirabel near Busan station but there are some dodgy Russian cafes nearby.
Just follow the neon in the area of your choice. You can also ask to see a room (sampeul juseyo) and my advice would be to check out the bed especially if you plan on getting any sleep. Some of them are definitely NOT designed for sleeping comfort!! |
