Im currently looking for a new job. Everytime a potential employer e mails me , he/she states the contract is negotiable. However , I ve yet to see any flexability on the part of the hogwon. I have yet to make an extreme demand.
My question is as follows , has anyone ever had sucess with contract negotiations

Yes. When you post your resume or introduction letter, include a list of items that are important to you and say at the end some like this: "if my job needs listed above fit with the needs of your company please do not hesitate to contact me". Be clear. When the recruiters and employers contacted me they knew EXACTLY what I was looking for and were willing to negotiate. I hope this helps.
