Hi there! As Christmas is soon approaching I am finding myself getting more and more worried with what to get my Korean fiance. Well, the thing is, he sounds quite boring on paper. He works a lot and he doesn't really have any special hobbies. So I'm really stuck here. Does anyone have any ideas on something midly interesting? I really can't think of anything >_< |

Envelope with some cash? Crass indeed but it will bring a smile to his face guaranteed. |

Something small and under 10 dollars. It forces you to be more creative, and not get stuck in the "I have to spend over $2000 to show that I love him" mindset.
Homemade gifts are the best. Make a photo-album of the highlights of your past year together. |

yeah, that is a great idea but sadly I did that before, thats why I'm stuck =( I'm not really in the "i have to spend a lot of money" mindset, just maybe something he can use? He is more of a practical guy. I'm just really not sure which way to go... |

Sorry, can't help you if he won't tell you.
(My boyfriend and I are too practical. "What do you want for your birthday?" "Cheese." "RAM.") |

Dude, if that's what he wants, get it for him! If you want to add something sweet to it, do a strip tease. Or shave yourself first. Or whatever.
Edit: Wait, you mean he doesn't tell you? Or he does? |

I always think that you can never go wrong with a 2kg bag of pistachio nuts (Costco, W20,000). Or how about saying it with cereal? Kellogg's Coco Pops are just W6,500 from most major supermarkets, and milk is widely available. For the more discerning boyfriend, you might like to try sucking him off with an Altoid in your mouth, or you could maybe give him a red wine enema (and if you're the adventurous type, let him give one to you!).

** Mushy alert **
Maybe a night at a decently priced hotel somewhere, include if you can a massage for the two of you together .. maybe some pampering like a manicure, pedicure, facial or something.... or
Get someone to take a nice photo of you .. maybe a gf of yours .. spend a girly night having a few wines, then taking photos of you in 'sexy' poses, clothes .. or just something really nice in black n white .... or
Does he wear jewellery? Remember those ID bracelets with the name plate on them ... have something written on it and a romantic, or 'meaningful' msg on the back ... or
Socks, undies and a tie ... you wear - model them for him (lol) .. if he's the type that would appreciate the fun in that.
Hope one of those is helpful and have a great week.

Bring him to the buffet at Cilantro in the Hilton (it's really good).
After his stomach is sated all the average really cares about is sex or the ball game. Take your pick. |

If anyone ever bought me a watch, I'd jam it up their arse so hard, their turds would tick for years. |
