Anyone have any recommendations for 24"+ LCD screens.. for editing photos and watching movies (and possibly connecting an xbox 1 with A/V)? Budget around 500,000won..
Cheers! |

PCBank usually makes nice screens with good internals. It's a very popular brand -- especially with gamers. |

Spliff, the link you supplied shows several screens. They're cheap, but are they any good? Colour rendition is most important!
Also, for contrast ratio, what is a good number to look for? |

that was one of the most complicated pages I have seen for viewing a product yet.
Can you choose your favorite three in your expert opinion and break them down with specs. |

The Zeuss 5000 is nice (if you've ever seen many different screens side by side at a shop you'll know why) but, I was talking about this bad-boy
28'' 1000:1, 3ms...just click on the link for - ViewSonic VX2835wm eSys

i would not get the 245B. it uses a TN panel and not a S-PVA or S-IPS panel, so there is a significant image quality difference. i was wondering why it was so much cheaper than the 244 series. |

Take a look at the Dell monitors, they have a 22 inch for a little cheaper :
http://www1.ap.dell.com/content/products/compare.aspx/20lcd?c=kr&cs=krdhs1&l=ko&s=dhs
There is the new Dell sp2208 :
Code: |
This 22" LCD monitor features a resolution count of 1,680 x 1,050 and is equipped with a 2 megapixel webcam and an integrated microphone, a 2ms response time, a 2,000:1 contrast ratio, and is more than capable of reproducing 92% of the NTSC color gamut. Fret not when it comes to inputs as Dell has included an analog D-Sub 15, DVI-D (with HDCP), a trio of HDMI, and a quartet of USB ports. |

Just bought myself an Acer 26' flat screen, cheaper than most 22 and 24s, and luminostify and depth of color are better than anything else I've seen. |
