I want to buy a cheap car. 
Must have wheels and an engine that runs, everything else is negotiable! 
I mean a r e a l l y cheap car! 
I want to put all my stuff in it and park it in a friend's basement car park for a month while I am away. 
Something like an Elantra sized car, but even a small van would be OK. 
I just dont want to have to push it anywhere!

OK, so not much response to my request.
Does anybody know of a car that seems to be abandonded or just unused in your neighbourhood. So long as it has plates I can track the owner. |

I bought a car from Ilsan and you need to have tax & insurance before you can transfer ownership.. the costs all mount up... plus, I haven't seen a car for less the 300k.. by time you add on 3 months insurance and a years tax you're talking more 600k...
