Is this possible to do anywhere in Seoul?

Do you need a drivers license?

Let's clarify:

Rent? Nope. I've seen it on Udo Island off Jejudo, though!

License? You bet you do. A Korean or Intl. car license for 125cc and under. 250cc or up = MC license.


Think about how much you would pay to rent: 25,000 a day minimum, maybe 50,000. You can buy a used scooter for under 500,000 easily.
