Hey folks...
It is hard to find truly good online materials for learning Korean. Sogangs Page comes to mind..and that's it...
But...KoreanClass101 is a relatively new podcast devoted to learning Korean. If you are just getting started, or want to get started it will be right up your alley. But there is some great intermediate and advanced material as well. I've seen a lot of Korean learning material online, and this is definitely one of the best.
I'm also contributing to their blog about my experiences working in an orphanage here.
You can get a full access 7-day free trial, and there are a few different ways to commit yourself if you want to pay for it... but if you are serious about wanting to learn/improve your Korean, this is really a great way to do it.
Check it out! |

I've never understood the novelty of podcasts. Aren't they just audio files? How did they get this new name and why does everybody use it? |

It's cause of Apple.. they made the iPod.. and then repackaged "audio files" as "podcasts" it was brilliant really... but the unique thing is that when you subscribe to one, it gets "delivered" to you so that you don't have to go looking each time. |
