Blond (enough) hair, blue eyes, sexy 'high' nose, enthusiastic smile, well groomed, nice suit, probably young enough to manipulate = you're hired!

You might want to do something about that Johnny Rotten hairstyle. Some schools have a no gel policy.

The classic blue shirt with black suit. You will see millions of them. Good choice.

Nice photo, it works but I'd use a photo editor to crop the unnecessary white space.

Everything's right about it, but for some reason, something's wrong.

Another thing to consider is sending two photos - one like the one above, or perhaps even a slightly more serious-looking, passport-style photo in a formal suit. And then send another of you with your million-won smile in smart-casual dress with some kids.

I thought along those lines last night, too.

It's a good photo, but I think you look just a tad too eager. I think that might be the problem, zap?

Hit the nail on the head.
First impression was OTT smile.
Too eager, you look like your just leaving for an 18-30 holiday.

Try the calm and relaxed look, but then again it depends where you are applying for ?
