| Another thing to consider is sending two photos - one like the one above, or perhaps even a slightly more serious-looking, passport-style photo in a formal suit. And then send another of you with your million-won smile in smart-casual dress with some kids. |

It's a good photo, but I think you look just a tad too eager. I think that might be the problem, zap? |

Hit the nail on the head.
First impression was OTT smile.
Too eager, you look like your just leaving for an 18-30 holiday.
Try the calm and relaxed look, but then again it depends where you are applying for ? |
