I've been reading Dave's a lot lately and this came to mind:

The two main complaints about Korea concern the rampant misbehavior of children and the mass conformity of adults.

What happens in the interim to turn one into the other or are there just a whole heck of a lot of bad generalizations being made?

I lean towards the latter but am open to explanations for the former.
