Hi
I had an F2 for three years then left and returned home for the past two years. My last F2 expired February this year.

I'm thinking about returning and want to know:
Can I reapply for a new F2 from out of the country?

Cheers

As long as you meet the requirements, have all of your required documents with you and have your wife with you ( or at least willing to sign the dociuments ) .... yes.
