Can anyone tell me how to call a company's 1-800 number from here in Korea?

For America: 001-1-800... OR 002-1-800...

You'll be charged international calling rates, however....I suggest looking up the company's non-800 number. If you call that number you usually get a live individual right away instead of playing dial pad orchestra.

Use skype. They don't charge you for the time. Don't know if you need to have $ in your account or not, but the actual call is free.

Dial this number first when calling from Korea.

00-729-11
to place calls using Korea Telecom
00-309-11
to place calls using Dacom

I thought you drop the 1 in 1-800 since 001 means long distance anyway. (At home the 1 is just to signify long d.)

Can be done done though.

I recall having 6/49 tickets and calling to check them. I,,,lost by the way.
