Your links need some fixing.
Give a rough estimate on how much you want to spend on each of the three most expensive components. Motherboard, CPU and graphics card. |

I don't have time for a link'o'rama.
Post the names of each component and the price. From your prices alone I would say you are spending too much on the case and too little on the mainboard. |

Case: A good one can be bought here in Korea for as little as 30,000 won or so. it's not top of the line, but it'll hold you over while you're here.
VGA: The GTS 640MB is a waste. Get an 8800GT if you can, or the 320MB Fatal1ty version which is faster and cheaper.
Motherboard: That's a decent one, but there are better ones. Make sure you get enough ports on the back for everything you need (USB/e-SATA/Sound, etc.)
CPU: Spend a little more here and you'll see the difference.
RAM: You're spending too much. You can get 2GB of PC2 6400 for around $60 off of TigerDirect or Newegg.com. It's OCZ, and that's good stuff.
HDD: ???
ODD: ???
PSU: ???
Sound: ???
Anything you buy from back home will cost a buttload to ship, I bet. Compare rices with newegg.com and tigerdirect.com. I know TD ships to Korea, but newegg is a little cheaper on most parts.
Again, what do you want the computer to do? That will allow us to give you better info.
