I have 1 room available in my 2 bedroom place. It's in HBC (near Itaewon). I'm the first person to live here so the apartment is clean and bright. The room is a good size, but unfurnished. It's 375 a month plus utilities. I have wireless internet. It 's a 10 minute walk from Noksopyong Station, and 5 mins from Indigo and Phillies. I am Canadian female and I have a puppy, so I hope to get a roomate who likes dogs. The room is available now, just send me a txt if you'd like to come have a look.

I would like one month rent for key money but that can be negotiable. It is available for 6 months or possibly 11. After that I'm sure you could take it over if you wanted it, I'm leaving next fall.

450 for the room? Seems a bit steep no? I am paying 450 for a two bedroom house!

yeah, it was 10 million for key money. It's steep but I don't wanna live in a smelly old basement apt. My place is brand new and gorgeous. I appreciate quality and I'm sure there are those out there who feel the same way.

Or you could live closer to the subway and only for 300,000 unfurnished and with no Key money.

Check out my add too.

Sorry I am only kidding...

I actually do hate it when you advertise a room for sale and people say it's too much. So fucking what. That's the asking price. Stop whinning about something you don't want.

I'm sure you think you are helping them out but you aren't.

Hi, I had someone who took the room, but now she can't take it, so it's available again!
