The first time I went out I noticed that the Bars here don't know any drinks. I am no alcholic but I do enjoy a drink once in a while.
Any who I ended up teaching this drink to a bar tender.
Harvey Wallbanger
1 Shot of Vodka
1/2 Shot of Galliano
3/4 of a glass filled with OJ.
Its a good drink. |

Cham Yi Sool soju. Unscrew the cap and pour into shot glass. Gun-bay!
OP: Lots of bars can make a variety of mixed drinks. Many have a menu to choose from. Look for a sign outside that says 'co*ktails' (in a variety of spellings). |

Ha! Good choice. I've done us all a favour and googled it so that we may enjoy at leisure:
INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon gin
1 tablespoon light rum
1 tablespoon vodka
1 tablespoon tequila
2 tablespoons creme de menthe liqueur
2 tablespoons Galliano
1 cup ice cubes
1 slice lemon
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DIRECTIONS:
Combine the gin, rum, vodka, tequila, creme de menthe, Galliano and ice in the container of a blender. Cover, and blend until slushy. Pour into a glass and garnish with a slice of lemon.
--------------------------------------------
Sounds absolutely vile, but I'm sure a few bags of salted peanuts and three beers would help wash it down. |

Flirtini
1/2 ounces Stolichnaya Razberi Vodka, 1/2 oz. Cointreau, Splash each of lime juice, pineapple juice, & cranberry juice, a few raspberries, Brut Champagne, sprig of mint
Muddle raspberries in the bottom of a cocktail glass. Shake the first five ingredients & strain into glass. Top with Brut Champagne. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
This is the most fantastic drink a girl could ever wish for, but be careful. They are delicious. I can only have two. Three is too many if you want to maintain the ability to walk in a straight line. |

MOJITO, oh yeah.......
Beautiful drink, tastes so good but will come looking for you after a few.
You know what i'm saying.
You need good quality rum (cuban, the darker the better IMO)
squeezed lemon juice
sparkling water
sprigs of fresh mint
lots of crushed ice
Plus an umbrella and a straw.
Was taught how to make the perfect one whilst on holiday in cuba but couldn't possibly devulge my secret recipe. |

Smokey Martini.
1 part gin
1 part dry vermouth
1 part scotch
2-3 olives (preferably spicy)
splash of olive juice
Since it's a mixed drink, any old scotch will do. Wouldn't waste a good single malt in a mixed drink though.
Speaking of single malts, Bowmore Islay 12 or 15 year old, straight up. No ice, dammit. |
