Hi,
Does anyone know the number for the church in Changwon that has an English service? I got a number, but it doesn't seem to be working. Thanks if you can help, even by calling your pastor and having him or her track it down for me. |

Religion is the opiate of the masses.
STAY AWAY! Watch wrestling on TV. Get drunk. But don't go to church!

There is the Jehovah Witnesses who conduct a service in English and then a service in Korea in Daebangdong regularly. They were recruiting foreigners at Homeplus about 6 months ago and I went to a service, but you never see them any more. I am not sure where they are going now, but they actively seek foreigners and I was only impressed by their high fluent level of English speaking ability, but not the religion itself since few people locally speak any English at all.
I understand there also is a church in Namsan that has English service which I seen on Youtube.com a while back who sing a lot of music. I believe they are a Christian church of Christ with the motto, "God is Love." |
