Some ad on On Style keeps playing. "When I fell in love with your anus...." (I think it's supposed to be Uranus, but "your anus" it is.)
Then we have the "We wish you. A merry Meritz."
Any other dumb music ads? |

How about the one for Samsung anycard, that sings 'the bird song', but with crappy Korean lyrics.
Or the S-line song? |

Ain't nuthin' wrong with that commercial!
Serious though, I get that song stuck in my head and I don't even mind. It's the fukcing 'Rushee and Cashee' songs that drive me nuts. |

Gets on my nerves that.
'Uranus' should be pronounced 'your schwa nus' with the stress only on the first syllable.
Pronouncing it 'your anus' is yet another bad habit of the great unwashed. |

I couldn't believe my eyes and ears when they did that TV commercial where the girl says "Poli Kala" (Very good) at the end. To hear the Greek language on Korean TV is soooo strange. |

Most of those loan companies with commercials on cable tv have the most head-infectious songs, like...
"Wonderpool, wonderpool..." (that one with the pink-clad feathery showgirls)
"Sanwa, Sanwa, Sanwa money. Gukjung maseyo!" (the one with those weird little fukcers that look like the California Raisins.)
and all the ones with jingles so you'll remember the phone number, like "eeeeeee~ oh- ee-oh!"
One or the other are ringing through my head perpetuously. I'd consider suicide, but fear that my punishment in the afterlife will be hearning these songs all simultaneously for eternity. |

My husband wrote an e-mail to the people at Xi, letting them know the lyrics in their ad mentioned suicide (remember, "I play my mandolin all night long... It makes me want to kill myself...)?
They never got back to him, btw.

I sing Rushee Cashee all the time - but with the wondelful wondelful rushee cashee. It's addicting or maybe I watch too much shite TV. |

I guess it's no worse than that Sean Kingston song "Beautiful Girl". You're a beautiful girl...that's why we could never be. 'cause I'd be suicidal, suicidal, if you ever did say goodbye... |

The Hi-Mart song found its way into a beginner's piano book:
It's to the tune of "La donna e mobile" from Rigoletto.
As near as I can translate, the lyrics mean:
The time to go has arrived, let's go.
Where is it? Hi-Mart!
Indeed, it's a wedding story.
I like it, it's perfect! |
