Has anyone, or anyone they know gone to North Korea?

I know it's the least glamorous place in the world to visit, and you will be escorted everywhere you go, and it is the single most obscured place in the world. That's why I want to go!

I can see North Korea dissolving and an united Korea coming to be again in the not so distant future. I doubt I will come back to this part of the world once I'm done my stint here, so, I would like to go visit the "anachronistic Stalinist theme park" of North Korea.

Any info will help.

Thanks

Be prepared to shell out a lot of money as it is very expensive, but according to what has been said, it is like no other vacation. It's not a relaxing and pleasant vacation nor are you allowed to wonder around on your own, but interesting it might be.
