So I am used to switching between Biolage, Paul Mitchell, Nexus, and other hair salon products for my shampoo/conditioner. I am finding that these do not exist in the southern part of ROK. I have a lot of hair that can get oily with the wrong products, so that is why I am willing to pay a little more for this.
Does anyone have any suggestions or nice Korean substitutions? Via internet shopping? |

| Paul Mitchel can be found in Korea you just have to look for it. I personally use Aveda. Check the more upscale salons. There's Toni & Guy in Seoul. I don't know anything about them but possibly they carry the Tigi products as well. |

Head and Shoulders!
I agree, Pantene is the worst shampoo there is. They do have a good ad campaign though, they have a lot of people fooled.
I won't be getting my hair even trimmed here, I don't trust any of the hairdressers/barbers here. A lot of people here seem to be appaled by the sight of a man with long hair. |

K you can find Aveda products at any Shinsegae Department Store, as well as Kiehls. Both these companies have a range of products you should be able to use to fulfill your hair care needs. I prefer Aveda myself, but I do know that Kiehls is a very well known and used product line, however haven't had the need to try them out yet (as it is a bit pricey) and being from Canada, we hadn't had any Kiehls stores until just before i came to Korea.
I'd check em out. Aveda's shampoos smell delightful! And they recently came out with a product line for curly/wavy hair (if you fall into this category) and I 've tried it and loved it! |

| I'd say switch to another kind of cheap stuff and then work your way up. How much difference could it really make? Maybe it's just my hair type but I honestly can't tell the difference from one to another. |

| i used to use infusium in the states and switched to kerasys here; a female friend recommended it and it's worked well for me for more than a year now. |

| I use this stuff called ReEn - Oriental Science. It's pricey, but it's the best stuff I've been able to find here. |
