the world I know here in Korea has been slowly falling apart and now the biggest blow has come........I have to leave at the end of the month and I am a bit well alot confused..........
you see I finished my contrat at the first of September and I decided to stay on but I signed nothing so I am technically here with no string attached at the moment but the thing is I never got my contract completion bouns that I am owed, and that is by law I believe in this country ....So I found out yesterday that I have to go home ASAP cause of stuff, but when I told my school they sort of d i c k e d around and talked about how they all of this money to the bank and our Chief Director and about how they will try to pay me my bouns but they are not sure
THE BIG QUESTION IS WHAT ARE MY LEGAL OPTIONS
HOW DO I GET WHAT I AM OWED AND HAVE BEEN OWED FOR TWO MONTHS NOW
PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

contact the local minsitry of labour in your city. Ask them for the phone number for the Foreign Worker's Call Center, who can translate your problem. I had pay problems with a school and they sorted it out, took a bit of time but I got my money anyway. they can take care of it while you are out of the country even, they will point you in the right direction.
I don't have the phone number handy but the Minsitry of Labor initially gave the number to me so ask them for it. |
