Assume for a moment, that Koreans, finally fed up with all the Korea bashing that some people (like me woohoo!) love to do on this site, complain to their government officials. Poorly translated text finds its way into the hands of someone who has the power to block Daves domain. One morning/afternoon, you wake up and find that you can no longer get into the site without going through anonymouse or some other proxy, which takes forever to load anyway.
Where would you post?

I dunno, kinda seems like the whole Kazaa, Napster thing. Those sites were shut down (temporarily) but numerous new ones popped up. Yeah they could shut this down (or block access anyways), but I'm pretty sure there will always be a way for us to b*tch on the internet.
Right now we have
eslcafe
worknplay.co.kr
englishspectrum.com
pusanweb.com
There's so many alternatives, they can't shut us up. However, none of these come close to getting the traffic that dave's does. |
