All the confusion about new regulations aside, any time you change a job, you need to get a new E-2 visa, correct? There's no way to leave a job before your contract's up and then transfer that visa to a different job, is there? Leaving a job early requires a letter of release, which means you no longer have an E-2 visa and have to get a new one (right?)
