|
|
I am looking for a place to move into in January, anytime before the 24th. (But I could also possible move in in December) I am hoping to find someone who is leaving from a decent 1 bedroom (or 2 if the price is still near my range) place near any of the following subway stops:
Line 6: Samgakji, Noksapyeong, Itaewon
Line 4 : Sadang, Dongjak, Ichon, Samgakji
Line 7: Between Daerim and Nonhyeon
Line 2 Between Seoul National University and Seocho.
I hate leaving things to the last minute, so I figure if anyone knows they are going to be leaving (either a furnished, or an unfurnished apartment) and they are going to want to get rid of some things, we might as well help each other out be getting things sorted out in the near future.
My budget is about 550,000 a month and I have 4-5 million key money.
If you have a decent place and are leaving around this time send me a PM and we can sort something out.
Cheers |

I have a place in Nakseongdae (its on line 2 and in between Seoul National University and Sadang). like a 2 minute walk to the subway station, maybe 1 minute if you walk fast. its your basic one room, 470,000/month total (includes cleaning/maintenance fee/most electricity- i pay about 15,000 a month more for using more electricity than others) key money is 5,000,000.
i am leaving at the end of this month, so it would be an end of november move-in, but we can work something out if you like it. it is fully-furnished with a bed, refrigerator, air-conditioner, desk, bookshelf, wardrobe... except for one shelf which i am selling. i'll leave the tv and the plastic drawers for you. the laundry machine is right outside the hallway which is pretty convenient. let me know if you are interested...thanks |

Join www.koreaherald.com and watch the community bulletin board there. Lots of decent places get posted around the time teachers end contracts, as well as every other day. |
