I've heard about these new criminal checks, and I agree with them for the most part, but I'm wondering if there is anything written yet that explains what exactly are considered acceptable "crimes"

To clarify, I have a DUI/Drink-Driving offense back in Canada, and in Canada that is considered a criminal offense. I'd like to know if this is going to prevent me from applying for another E-2 visa after my present one expires.

Does any one have any insight (or a link)?

I would like to know this too. Also, do arrests show on a check if you weren't convicted?

Wait till SeoulSucker reports in on Tuesday after the meeting.
Think of it as our version of the Petraus report to Congress.
Minus the spin and bs, we hope.
